  Located on one of Saratoga Springs main thoroughfares, Circus Cafe is a really really great choice for lunch, brunch or whatever you might be after. Knowing in advance that Saratoga was a "pet friendly" place, I figured I wouldn't have any trouble finding a spot to bring my puppy too while delighting in a meal. A few places were not too happy about him, but Circus Cafe was very accommodating and sat us at a cute little table outside, where he lounged in the sun while we chowed down.
  
  While some people may not appreciate themes or "kitsch", I happened to be rather fond of places that go out of their way to be innovative or eclectic and Circus Cafe really does it for me, from the cute snarky t-shirts the waitstaff sport, to the rather elegantly themed interior, which is detailed and decked out with it's interesting take on a carnival theme, I could almost hear The Decemberists "My Mother was a Chinese Trapeze Artist" playing in my head, even the bathroom was entertaining, now that takes talent!
  
  The food was really good, overall great experience.

  Circus theme which is awesome (but could be done better) the walls were dusty, and the popcorn was stale. I hear this is a better place at night, better bar scene. The food was okay, but we probably won't seek it out again.

  The mac n cheese is a must have. The waiter was helpful in trying to find a beer that I would like. The atmosphere was trendy. Overall the place was awesome.
